How do I register for a Vodus account?

To register with Vodus, simply visit our website and click Register/Login. After you have entered your email address and password, we will send you a confirmation link by email.

After you click on the confirmation link you can start! You now have a Vodus profile and will receive regular updates via email when new paid surveys are available. Logging in to your Vodus Profile will also allow you to complete your profile in more detail by answering a few simple questions.

How do I delete my Vodus account?

Please contact us via the Contact Us form or email us at [email protected] to request for account deletion.

What can I do if I forgot my password?

If you have forgotten your password, you can easily have it reset. To do this you can follow these steps:

  1. Go to the login page
  2. Click on "Forgot your password?" below the login area
  3. Enter your email address with which you registered on Vodus
  4. You will receive an email with a link to reset your password
  5. Check your inbox
  6. Click on the link in the email
  7. Set your new password

Every survey question answered will earn you 1 VPoint. Once you have accumulated enough VPoints you can redeem your VPoints against cash rewards such as digital vouchers from leading brands which include Touch n Go, Aeon, Sushi King, Tealive and many more.

For those interested in shopping for the best discounts, VPoints can also be used to gain additional discounts on a wide range of products in store. To do this simply select the product you wish to purchase, add to your cart and then select the Additional Discount you would like to gain in exchange for your VPoints.

How Often Will I Receive New Paid Survey Invites?

Unfortunately, we cannot tell you how many invitations you will receive but we recommend you log in regularly and click the Gain Vpoints button to check for new surveys. You will also receive regular invites by email to keep you updated on the latest available surveys.

We advise you to complete your profile thoroughly and regularly update your information. By doing so, we can ensure more precise survey invitations tailored to you.

Additionally, please be mindful that our invitations may occasionally land in your spam folder. To prevent this, we kindly ask you to check your spam folder regularly and adjust the settings as needed. To guarantee uninterrupted receipt of survey invites, consider adding the survey invitation address to your address book.

When will I receive my item?

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Estimated order delivery times are 4 to 14 days from the date of purchase.

How can I track my item?

You may track your item by doing the following process:

  1. Login to your account on Vodus.
  2. Go to My Purchases to view your orders.
  3. Find your order and click on the down arrow button.
  4. You will find your tracking number on the pop-up modal if the merchant has shipped your item.

What can I do if the merchant have not shipped my items after 3 days?

If the merchant did not update the delivery status or input any the tracking number for your order after 3 days, you may contact Vodus to request for refund for your order.

What can I do if I have not received your order after 14 days?

If you have not received an order after 14 days, you should track your product using the tracking number provided by the merchant or contact your merchant about the delivery.
