*The giftcard must be fully utilized when making payment, any unutilized amount of this Voucher will be forfeited and shall not be refundable.

*The giftcard cannot be used for more than one transaction at PichaEats.

*The giftcard cannot be used to offset any credit purchases.

*PichaEats will not be responsible for the loss or damage of this Voucher.

*The giftcard is valid for a period of maximum 6 months from date of use.

*The giftcard cannot be used for purchases of any form of gift vouchers.

*If order exceeds the amount of Gift Voucher, the balance must be settled by any of our existing payment modes upon checkout.

*All orders at PichaEats has to be confirmed minimum 1 working day in advance.

*Giftcard redemption is offset against nett price (inclusive of SST).
